Yogalife Studio at Defence Colony in Delhi also conducts special yoga classes that can help deal with physical and mental stress. The yoga institute offers regular yoga classes during weekdays and weekends. They also conduct special yoga workshops like kids' yoga, facial yoga, corporate yoga, couple yoga and sports yoga.
